He was a friend of my brother. Was over at our house many times. Once let me put on his letter jacket. His mom was a sweet person too

Jeff was a nice guy... I think he used to go out with Jennifer Shulte...but not sure on that...he lived around the corner from me!

My first memory of Jeff was during our freshman year; we didn't really know each other and we were in the locker room after PE getting ready for the next class.  I said something to him that he took offense to (God only knows what)...and he took a swing at me!  Now you have to understand that Jeff weighed all of 90 lbs (dripping wet), and I was somewhere just north of 200.  Happily, he missed, but I was surprised and shocked at the attempt.  I remember looking at him and seeing the rage on his face displaced by an "oh crap" kind of look as he realized what he'd just done and what might happen next, and I just started laughing, then he started laughing with me.  From that point on we were friends.

I was thinking about him during our recent 40th reunion...thinking he left us way too soon.

I lived up the road from Jeff. When I moved to Falls Church in 1969, he became an instant friend. We wrestled for the school  championship (lt wt) in front of the whole school. He kicked my ass! After graduation, I spent summers at a camp in NC and went to Emory in Atlanta....so didn't keep up with Jeff. I was very sad to learn later of his death. Lost 2 of my best high school friends  (Charlie Bennett being the other).  Miss you Jeff!
