Just heard from Chris Gieger a few months ago for the first time since college. Saw your name and had to say hello. I'm in Miami. Been here for 22 years. All is well. Got 2 boys of my own a few years older than yours. They are in California. Have a great Birthday Celebration! Chalk up another one!

I was not one of Casey's best friends through High School, but I will never forget him. He always had a smile on his face (even a bit of a mischeivous type), a kind word to say, or a great story to tell.  Never put himself above his peers even though he excelled at every sport offered in school.  I will never forget his uncompromised spirit, attitude of pure confidence, air of greatness, great sense of humor, and underlying selflessness. 

I'm all for restoring his award if it has been lost.  He deserves no less!
