Since graduation I've adventured in many things. Right after school I became a model while working retail for a couple years. Moved to California. Trained in armed forces. Worked as a Undercover security for Security Pacific National Bank in L.A. California for a short time. Worked in Virginia as a patient transporter for Mt. Vernon Hospital. Later moved to South Carolina. I worked for Lowe's Hardware for a couple years. Met my husband there. We have been married for 33 years. During those years we started off living in Cayce/Lexington, SC later moving to Mt. Pleasant S.C. on to Fayetteville, NC. Being in management with Lowe's Hardware was like being in the Military. I never knew where we would end up. In Fayetteville, I worked 4 yrs with Connor Mobile Homes as district secretary to the regional manager. After they went out of business I worked for Mungo Construction where I began my computer skills in data entry. I started working as a office manager for a construction company for 4 yrs and then we moved to Wake Forest for my husband to attend South Eastern Seminary. I continued office work for several years. After my husband finished seminary we moved to West Jefferson, NC and later he went back to work for Lowe's Hardware and we moved to Winston Salem, NC. This is where we've lived since I believe 1993. After we moved here I felt it necessary to be home with my stepson and I went back to school to get my Cosmetology license and I did hair for 7 years before going back to school to get my Certified Nursing Asst. and worked in that field for 5 years before going back for my Phlebotomy which I have done for the last 9+ years and it looks like this is what I will do the rest of my working life before retiring. I currently work for LabCorp of American and can transfer anywhere in the US! Only God knows where I will end up next. My husband and I are going back and forth to care for his aging parents and will most likely end up living in Boone or West Jefferson, NC near them, if I can ever get LabCorp to transfer me there. I am blessed with a husband of 33 years, 2 steps sons and 3 grand kids and lets not forget my 4 legged girls schnauzers' Chloe and Bailey whom love me unconditionally! Now that I shared my life. Don't really have much to share... I was sort of a loner in school and didn't have much ambition about my future education. If I could do it over I would do it differently. I loved all my friends! I loved my cosmetology class!

I recently visited the school a few years back and was amazed at all the changes made. I took several pictures and should share them here. Back then we could smoke on the grounds... we managed to leave at lunch time to go to The Red Barn and never got in trouble.
