Fred's passing was sudden and tragic. He left one morning for work, much like any morning. The driver of an oncoming car fell asleep at the wheel and collided head on with Fred's car. Fred died on impact. He played football throughout his high school career except his senior year when he decided to explore other things. Fred was a huge Redskins fan. He worked for Duron Paints for 18 years in No. Va. Where he met and married his wife Sandy, they have two children. They had relocated to New Mexico and built a beautiful home. After his passing his wife and two children returned to Va. In his memory our mom took clothing that Fred had worn and made Freddy Bears for each surviving family member.
